PROFIRIV: profiled sheets in one-step only!

Rivit Building division proposes hand tools and machines for the making of seamed facades in sheet metal, aluminium or titanium-zinc, which allow the sheets to be joined without the use of visible fasteners.

To make the profiled sheets from coils, you can use the PROFIRIV800 or 2000 profiling machines and obtain panels with two folded edges to be overlapped and fixed on the facade, or on the cover, with special clips.

With the PROFIRIV800 you can make profiled sheet metal ready to be crimped in a single step. The maximum thickness of the bend is for copper and zinc 8/10, for aluminium 10/10, for steel 7/10 and for stainless steel 6/10, while the width of the profile is 25 - 32mm.
PROFIRIV2000 is the most powerful model and is equipped with a cross cut.

Moreover, using tools such as the ones in the Benderiv, Rau and Wuko lines, you are able to easily make double folds that allow the joining of the two sheets, thus obtaining a stable and long-lasting assembly. Seaming is a technique that guarantees excellent application possibilities in different architectural contexts (facades of large buildings such as airports, sports halls, industrial buildings) because it ensures optimal sealing of the roof against atmospheric agents and allows the sheet to expand and contract without implications on the structure on which it is applied.
