Threaded rivet nut is a fastener that allows making of threads on pre-holed plates, having no access from back blind side. Its use does not cause damages or deformations of superficially coated materials.
Application
Screw the rivet nut on the tie rod of the tool.
Put the rivet nut inside the hole. Maximum tolerance is 0.1 mm.
The tensile stress developed by the tie rod, compresses and deforms the bottom part of the rivet nut against the working piece.
Unscrew the tie rod from the installed rivet nut.
Rivet nut is now ready, you can screw the suitable fixing elements.

Sealed assembly against liquids using closed RIVSERT.
