Quality policy



The Quality Policy of RIVIT S.r.l. is based on the following statement.

RIVIT's strategic goal is the customer satisfaction, and the people who are part of it, are every day committed to the improvement of products and services never forgetting that quality comes first. The Quality Policy is determined by the application, and by the endless improvement, of our Quality Management System, being aware that every activity carried out by all of us has a "customer".

RIVIT aims to:

○ the constant evaluation of its own processes and of the related risks, within the reference organizational contexts, in order to correctly implement the Management System;
○ the respect, with regard to the proposal of the products and the provision of the services, of all applicable compulsory and normative requirements;
○ research and constant application of technology in order to improve the services offered to customers;
○ an open and continual communication – according to the needs– with the relevant interested parties;
○ the use of problem solving methodologies, thus identifying the opportunities for improvement;
○ the use of the suppliers as part of the value chain to improve the quality of the proposed services;
○ the acknowledgment of the central role of the persons, and of their know-how, inside the organization, for a constant process of growth;
○ the guarantee and protection of health and safety at work for all internal and external relevant interested parties;
○ the identification of the continuous improvement as an essential element to make headway, obtained through the definition of indicators and targets, periodically reviewed.

In this context, the introduction of a Quality Management System with the standard ISO 9001:2015 represents a strong commitment by the company in complying with the necessary requirements, by adopting an appropriate process approach with the aim of improving the effectiveness of the whole System.

Above policy is adopted by all levels of the organization and by relevant interested parties and represents the essential point of reference for the application of the Quality Management System in the company.
