Sealed blind rivets are fastening systems that allow for quick, blind fastenings, thus operating from one side only.
They have the advantage of having the rivet bushing closed at the head, rather than with a through-hole, and due to this feature they are used in containers or boxes, to prevent the penetration or leakage of liquids.
They are available in different head types: round, countersunk or large, in different lengths, diameters and different materials.
The blind rivet is in fact applied in only three steps: insertion into the hole, deformation of the rivet body and breaking of the mandrel.
