CONTROLRIV 4.0 is the control system for placing blind rivets and rivet nuts.
The 4.0 control system allows to monitor the rivet nuts installation or blind rivets according to the settings predetermined by the operator and follow a preset working structure communicating with other company facilities such as PC or PLC.
Integrated visual and sound alarms with the possibility of connecting a light tower with siren or PLC.
Pneumatic valve to prevent further errors in the work. Improved settings for the module or via PC Display and touchscreen.
Intervention levels with password. Archiving of data and work structures. Download data on USB stick or PC.
I/O communication with PLC via Bus and dry contact relay.
For data transfer, it is equipped with USB, LAN, Data Bus and Relay outputs.
Create a control network through the Master/Slave connection with which up to 12 different units can be managed simultaneously.
